If you’ve been with me for a while, then you definitely know my love for honey-garlic-all-the-things. Ever since hitting publish on my Crock Pot Honey Garlic Chicken recipe, gazillion readers have asked for me to share a similar recipe, but with pork chops.
This recipe is an incredibly quick and delicious way to serve bone-in baked pork chops, and I can guarantee your whole family will love them. Seared until browned then baked (or grilled) in the most succulent honey garlic sauce, how could you not love them?!
Grab your pork chops plus some simple ingredients that you already have in your pantry, and let’s get this cooking party started.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon no salt ketchup
- 1/2 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 4 (4 ounces each) bone-in pork chops, fat trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- In a small mixing bowl combine honey, garlic, soy sauce, ketchup, chili sauce, and oregano; mix until thoroughly combined.
- Place pork chops in a large bowl, pour the sauce over the pork chops, and mix it all around.
