I am a big fan of the Mediterranean ingredients (olive oil, tomatoes, chickpeas), but I know to add firm ingredients from varied gastronomies to obtain new shipway of nourishing my embody and aid it with its unbleached detox office. Ingredients
- ½ tsp sea salt

- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
- Temperature the coconut oil in a sauce pan and fry the onion and flavoring for one note.
- Add herb and cherry tomatoes, and cook until the tomatoes softens and tell their juices.
- Add the tomato can, vegetal flower, apple intoxicant acetum and theologian, carry to move, enclothe with a lid and let simmer for team minutes.
