NO BAKE CHOCOLATE CHIA POWER BALLS
Ingredients
1/2 cup almond butter
1/3 cup honey (use maple syrup for vegan recipe)
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup rolled oats (gluten free if necessary)
¼ cup chia seeds
pinch sea salt
¼ cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
In a small sauce pan over low heat, melt together the almond butter and honey, then stir in the cacao powder, sea salt and vanilla. Stir well until everything is combined
In a mixing bowl stir together the chia seeds and oats
